User accounts and registration

These are divided into three separate areas, My account, forgotten password and creating a new account.

My account

If you have set up an account or ordered previously, you can sign in here. Your account lets you access many features such as saving wishlists and baskets, viewing order history, receiving and viewing mailing list membership for new letters.

Forgotten password.

As we are only human, we all lose our registration details. Just use the main account area of the web site to request a password reminder. Enter a valid email address, the one that you used to create your account. Your password will then be automatically email directly to you.

Create a new account

For users without an account, just goto the Account page and click on the Create a new Account at the bottom of the page. You will then progress through to entering your details. Use your normal email address, the account the you use the most. Then enter a password using ideally a combination of letters and numbers, but more importantly something secure that you will remember, a pets name or combination of that with a birthday. Once registered, you will be given the option to login immediately.
